[partially lost] 2000s Go-Gurt Halloween Game

Hi, so I was looking for some Halloween lost media cases and stumbled upon a game from 2006 called Go-Gurt Monster Tracker. Now I say it’s partially lost because the game is backed up on Ruffle (the archival for flash games) but it was a sever game meaning it’s unplayable in its current state. You can only get so far as picking your username before it locks you out. Here’s the websites I found where it’s backed up (https://web.archive.org/web/20061031130451/http://www.gogurtmonstertracker.com/# https://www.flashgamesplayer.com/free/gogurt-monster-tracker/play.html)

Now what I find interesting is how there’s no gameplay footage. I found one photo from this write up of a Halloween blog from the time (https://www.i-mockery.com/blabber/2006/09/27/halloween-themed-snack-surprizes-going-online/)

I’m no expert but I believe these server games are basically impossible to recover since they ran from a server deleted long ago. What I want to search for is footage of the game so we can at least see how it played. According to the internet archive it had active screenshots from at least 2008 meaning it ran for at least 3 years and possibly more. I know recordings of flash games from that time were pretty big on YouTube so I’m sure we can find something if we use the right search terms.

Considering reuploading a video [Question/Advice]

Hi I'm a small YouTuber <300 subs. So my videos have been performing well considering my audience. My last video blew up getting over 30K views and 1k likes. So I published a new video I worked very hard on and I made the dumb move to upload it at like 10 am on a Sunday. This video straight up bombed compared to any other video I released. But what's strange is that compared to those other videos it has a great like ratio and watch time metrics. Then I posted a short taking a clip from that longer video and it did way better in less than 24 hours after uploaded than that larger video got in nearly a week since I uploaded it. Now I'm wondering if I should just delete it and try to reupload it. I would test a new thumbnail and title and maybe I would edit the intro but I would keep everything else.

Since the video has so little views it wouldn't affect my channel if I deleted it, but my fear is if I reupload it and it does even worse than the algorithm would punish my channel for any future uploads. My other idea is I could just keep posting shorts from the video since the first one did well. In my experience shorts actually don't contribute to views on the original video even if I link it, but at least all my work wouldn't go to waste.

So yeah I'm really just looking for advice as to what I should do. Thanks :)
