these are mostly around 1-2 mm in size, i recently moved out of a house because i saw around 4-5 roaches, is this what im afraid of?

RPM Surges after starting (Audi A3 8p 1.4 tfsi caxa 125 hp)
When I first start the car, the RPM starts around 600, fluctuates slightly until it finds around 650. Then it won't fluctuate again until the next startup. What could be the issue here? I Just changed spark plugs. The car is an 2012 Audi A3 8P with the 1.4 tfsi CAXA 92 kw engine. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
