So I recently purchased my 2026 Si and this upcoming winter will be my first. I am absolutely loving it but this will be my first upcoming winter and I wanted to ask owners who have had an si or an si and wrx.

How good is this thing in winter? I plan I getting snow tires.

If you have driven a WRX is the increased cost of ownership worth the rugged winter performance?

Regardless I have always wanted both vehicles and will eventually one day trade for the WRX, especially if it gets a refresh.

For those who have owned both, outside of winter driving, what are your pros and cons? Which did you like better?

I drove a WRX when shopping for my Si and it just seemed like it would be a pain as a daily with the increased power. It also felt a bit cheap on the inside and the road noise was significantly worse. It did feel very raw and unhinged as compared to the Civics refined and more mature feel.

What is the WRX like as a daily?
