Should I recomp or cut?

This is my starting point. Can I recomp from this or is it too much body fat and should I just cut. I’d like to try to gain as much strength as possible. And if I can recomp from this should I eat exactly at maintenance?

Is creatine worth it?

Hey so I’m just getting into lifting and see a lot about creatine. I know it’s safe but it’s the extra benefits really worth the cost?

Edit: I also meant to ask about about pre workout and realized I forgot initially
