​I'm planning to build/buy a PC in Turkey with a budget of around $650 – $750 (30,000 – 35,000 TRY). Since electronics and PC parts are slightly more expensive here due to local taxes, I want to get the best value for my money.

​My Main Use Cases:

​Gaming: Playing modern games at 1080p (or 1440p) with good framerates.

​Coding: C# / .NET development (Visual Studio, SQL Server, Docker, etc.).

​Streaming/Webcam: Using a webcam for streaming, recording, or background removal tools.

​My Preferences & Priorities:

​I prefer an AM5 platform CPU (like the Ryzen 5 7500F) for future upgradeability.

​I'm looking for a GPU with more than 8 GB VRAM (e.g., RX 7700 XT 12GB or RTX 4060 Ti 16GB) if my budget allows, as 8 GB seems a bit limiting for future games.

​I will start with 1x16GB DDR5 RAM to stay within budget and upgrade to 32GB later.

​What CPU/GPU and component combinations would you recommend for this budget and use case?
