A stone from my childhood
I'm not sure if this is allowed as I do not have any pictures. I lost the stone years ago and I've been searching ever since to replace it. It was a gift from a childhood friend who is no longer with us. This is a long shot but I hope that someone might recognize the description.
The stone was dark blue with a shine. It was opaque except when the sun hit it just right you could see brown spots inside it. The stone was gifted to me as a child by a child so it wouldn't have been very expensive.
If post without picture aren't allowed I understand you can just remove this. I am just hoping for a hail mary. Thank you!

How best to display all this?
When i was a little kid (30 years ago) I was really into collection minerals and rocks. I have about 8 boxes like these that are all scratched and damaged. I don't think my collection is worth anything but it has great personal value to me and I like to display them. What would be a good way to display all these minerals? Any advice on preserving them is also welcome, although the rocks them selves look to be in good shape. They've just been sitting on a shelf.

I love this Lamp
Its a Mathmos Astro and the colour of the wax is dark red in real life but on camera it always shows up as purple for some reason.
