Haven't had to introduce ourselves in a while, sorry.

Haven't counted alters since August 2025

Many do not have names

A few integrations this year

Too many splits last year

Last count was 260 or there about (polyfragmented)

Very traumagenic

Names to many in the system don't matter since alot of people cant stay in our life long because some alters dislike them and manipulate the mannerisms of who's fronted or push for front to sabotage friendships

Mainly a feral system

You can ask for names (starting to think we need numbers but that brings to mind trauma things like id numbers that I wont talk about publicly to prevent triggering anyone)

Currently am new, I woke up with some dream of very blurry and messy memories that looked like I was looking at images and hearing sound through flowing water or the old OLD movie transitions to dream's. I like the name Dream, I guess call me Dream?

Logan is the patriarch and main alter we lookup too and im not real sure how much we know of our condition is true or not like different species or objects or something because as I said some alters drive people away and then here we are...alone...(sigh) and not sure of ourselves sometimes

Lusian is the matriarch of our system, best motherly care we know

Glimmer is our mermaid little, shes got a big heart for animals and bugs and their existence

Kind of tired of the bickering between shifts and day management zooming around the store to take pictures of what isn't done so they can go to the store manager and make a dramatic scene "look what didn't get done!"

What teamwork, there is none, every single person is trying to get someone in trouble for some personal gain, its gross and disgusting, work as a unit and help eachother.

I dont really post here but I wanted to just get this off my mind because days blames night and so on and doesn't help pick up slack, this is definitely not what Walton had in mind and its a terrible joke.

Honestly if you cant work together as a unit you should be looking for work somewhere else that is just yourself so you get your way and burn out instead of making everyone uncomfortable and making the company look like a bad place to work

Hea so all year across the store schedules are either cut or against availability and this is after getting with HR and talking about it but it keeps happening to random people on all 3 shifts, is the Ai doing schedules and not looking at availability or anything?
