This was the coolest and dumbest anime original thing

Maka being a weapon was so cool(for 3 minutes) but made no sense

Why was she strong, how is she able to use this so well on her first time while unconscious, why is she able to react while unconscious, how does her unconscious self even know she can do this, why doesn't asura just kill her

Who cares, its awesome, fighting unconscious so you can't be scared is such a cool and ridiculous idea, and she loses 3 minuets later so this didn't matter at all, this was really only here because they wanted to make something cool for 3 minuets to pad out time before maka punched asura

How much moral responsibility lies with an abuser for what their victim goes to do because of the abuse, regardless of the victims moral responsibility

For example a character grows up to do awful things because of their parents abuse, how much blame for these actions fall with the parent

Which of these deuteragonist are handled better

Jax who was focused on too much to tge detriment of the story and wasn't even that he was deuteragonist until the author clarified

And adrien who on the opposite end is repeatedly left out of the story to its detriment, missing a large amount of plot reveals, having agency ripped from him by time travel multiple times, and even participating in the final fight against his father who was the main antagonist for 5 seasons
