I am a rising sophmore and want to run a k aff next year. What should I do to make or find a good k aff, and what are some good ideas for k affs. Also, are there any discord groups or anything that make affs for next year, specifically k affs, please tell me because I am very interested.

So yeah, I’m a rising sophomore and I go to a super duper competitive high school and they only rank the top 10% of the class. They haven’t published the ranks yet, they will in junior year, but I’m not completely confident I’m in the top 10% of my class. Will this destroy my chances at bsmd programs?

SAT: not yet taken, sitting Sept/Oct, targeting 1580+

Independent Research — Orthopedic Outcomes Study, India (500+ patients; presented to 20+ physicians; resulted in hospital policy change; currently pursuing publication)
Clinical Experience — Orthopedic Surgery, India (120 hrs / 20 days)

Also I am thinking that if I get into a mid bsmd program I go traditional route because I want to match into derm and it is really hard from a bad bsmd program compared to a decent med school. Please give advice on this as well.
