I’m new to this franchise. Am really enjoying it. Just beginning the final chapter of the main story. My favorite character both lore and gameplay wise so far is Vaseraga. Redemption characters are usually my favorite and slicing down enemies with a huge scythe, chefs kiss.
I’ve worked in the fed briefly on two prior occasions for a total of 1yr. Two separate agencies and positions. One G7 and one GS9. Left the fed and returned to state gov and then later private practice (lawyer). It’s been 6 years. Recently applied and interviewed with an agency through direct hire. Did not apply to an announcement or anything. Sent my resume directly to the recruiting authority. On paper, I qualify for GS13 with this agency based on my education and experience. However, they recently requested my SF50. Considering the last role (GS9) was not a lawyer position and was with a different agency, what effect would that potentially have on TJO (grade/step) for current role?
