I HAVE WITHDRAWN FROM MUJ ON 12TH JULY, DO I HAVE TO REPORT PHYSICALLY ???FOR COMPLETING WITHDRAWL

Because in the withdrawl letter it says ki 3 july se pehle dalna padega withdrawl if you dont want to come offline, but other people say that i dont have to visit offline if i have withdrawn before 20 july PLS HELPP
