Path to purpose and income

Hello everyone I (25 F) am looking for tips and suggestions to find a meaningful career and a living wage ( seems impossible these days lol).

I graduated with a BA in Urban Planning in 2024 and have not been using it out of choice. I wanted to have fun after college and not go right into a big girl job, but with this market I feel like that was mistake… since graduation I have had a selection of jobs - raft guide , ski racing coach, server, substitute teacher and mental health coach at a young adult theraputic program. Most of my jobs are part time so I work 2-3 at once. I don’t hate this because I get bored easily and I don’t do well with monotony. I also got my EMT certification.

Anyway I am now interested in applying to entry level jobs in Urban Planning, community engagement/ development, marketing , and or any position that I can utilize my skills in.

I am a problem solver and love fast paced work environments. I have ADHD and a slow pace means lack of focus.

I am honestly open to anything at this point so I would love to hear suggestions or just if anyone can relate

Cute Comforter set with good cotton recommendations

Hello!

I (25 F) am looking for a queen comforter set between $150 and $250. I'm aware that at this price, it's not going to be the best cotton ever, but I would like some good recommendations in that price range. Every time I Google, I just get sponsored links for places like the company store (which I have heard has declined in quality).

What happened outside Cws and Cassidy’s last night ?

Anyone know what happened last night? There were a bunch of cop cars outside CWs and everyone was asked to leave. It was a little spooky

Hello Oregon, anyone else had their Oregon paid leave deposited into a random bank account??

My Roomate was injured in March and had to take 5 weeks off work. She went to see if her paid leave came in and it was deposited into a random chase bank account…

It would make sense if she missed her account by one digit but the account listed under her name looked nothing like hers.

To make matters worse she can’t do anything about it. She spent hours on the phone with chase bank and Oregon paid leave and both said they can’t help her because she doesn’t have the account number, because it’s not her bank account….

So it leaves us with 2 questions. How did that number get entered on her profile because she didn’t do it and two who received it?

Anyone have any suggestions or shared experiences ? They deposited 3,700 into someone else’s account…

Hello,

I F25 started dating my boyfriend about 2.5 months ago. Before we became official, he was giving me affection and attention, and then a week into us becoming official, it stopped, and it hasn't been the same since.

A couple of weeks ago, I finally brought it up, and we had a good discussion. I expressed that I needed more words of affirmation, and it has been better since. However, I just can't shake the fact that we have some fundamental differences that make us incompatible.

I don't think I am a super high-maintenance person, but maybe I am, so I would love some insight into whether my expectations are too high.

I would like my partner to be a stable fixture in my life, and I value planned time hanging out together. He is super go with the flow, doesn't plan anything, and when I do try to plan things, he often hits me with "maybe or we will see." He hasn't planned a single date.

He chronically loses his phone, and it's at the point where, when I'm not with him, I feel anxious because he is so difficult to get a hold of. It often feels like he talks to me when it's convenient for him, and I am at the point where I don't text or call him first because I know he won't answer anyway. Ideally, with a partner, if I text or call you, I would expect you to get back to me within at least 6 hours unless you are working or out of service, busy, etc., but I would also like someone to communicate with me if they are going to be busy.

He says he likes me and cares about me, but his actions don't really align. I believe that a partner who liked me would be a consistent communicator and also put in some semblance of effort to show affection towards me; cute notes, dates, little gifts, acts of service, at least something...

To give him some grace, he has been an independent guy for the past 3 years, and I think diving into a relationship has been an adjustment. However, I feel that this early in a relationship, it shouldn't feel this hard, and I find myself shrinking my needs to be digestible for him. I don't want to minimize what I need, but I also want to be patient.

What do y'all think?
