The insane package loss rate is alarming.

Small business based in SoCal getting hit with an insanely high lost package rate lately. Almost every missing package follows the exact same pattern — it reaches the nearest local sorting facility, then completely disappears.

No real customer support, no actual investigation, and after 2 weeks they just pay out the standard $100 liability claim and move on like nothing happened.

At this point, it seriously makes you wonder what’s going on behind the scenes.

Cox Locked Month Fee is a scam

Two months ago, I received a letter from Cox informing me that I could lock in my internet service at a monthly rate of $50 for the next two years. Shortly after making the switch, which involved using my own modem instead of their panoramic service, the price was inexplicably increased to $75 per month for the second month. Moreover, there was no way to contact customer support to address this issue.
