So uhh this is embarrassing. I got my account banned for apparently filing too many refund claims, even though I didn't find any. Back context my brother bought me robuxs a few days ago but turns out he charged my sister's account instead of his account so my sister filed an appeal thinking her account got hacked but it didn't and now my account is banned. I submitted an appeal to Roblox, but I don't think they're gonna respond, cause I've seen appeals go wrong. Legit, what should I do now? do i just wait? Also, why does Roblox do this? Why can't they just email us saying your appeal was denied instead of banning my account? not rlly asking for help but like my question to summarise this is is roblox support good cuz i never dealt with them before tbh.

Someone should keep an eye on Dan🙏.
