Planning on getting matching wedding rings. Saw these and thought they were really neat but I've never seen rings with mixed metals like this. Half platinum and half 18k gold.
Does anyone know anything I should be worried about having platinum and gold put together like this?
Me and my fiance were planning on getting matching wedding bands and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience on getting an appraisal for mixed metal bands like this(for insurance purposes, not resale). Cost is going to be about 2k each.
I already have a policy for other pieces of jewelry, so I was going to add these on to the policy. Question is.... Should I be worried about anything for the appraisal process for this unique ring type? (Ring will be made out of yellow gold and platinum)
Tried googling and couldn't find anything on this piece. Tried to look for the buttons and the "Roy" (Roy Rogers?). Is this just an off-brand or lesser known brand?
