I use the annotations on Foreflight extensively for work and rely upon them heavily. They just updated their annotations section and it deleted 2 & 1/2 years of my work. Additionally the new version doesn’t seem to work very well at all and is far from user friendly. I’m curious if anyone else has run into issues with it.

I’ve liked them less and less since the buyout. Cost going up, lots of people losing jobs and support going way down. No way to get anyone on the phone anymore?! Does anyone use anything else that works well for them that also has annotations? I’ve been with them for 8 years and change and have considered looking into something else with what’s happened over the last couple years but this last mess with them could very well be the push I’ve needed.

Edit: To their credit Foreflight has been very responsive and attentive to my issue. The diagnostic show that my annotations are still there but for some reason not visible and they are working on recovery. Here’s to hoping🤞

Edit: After a frustrating couple of days I’m very happy to say that Foreflight came through and was able to recover my work. Badass job Foreflight! I thought for sure it was gone for good.
