Looking for Referral – SOX / Control Management Role (India)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a referral for this JPMorgan Chase opportunity in India related to SOX / Control Management Analyst:

JPMorgan Chase Careers – Job ID 210750287

I currently have around 1 year 9 months of experience working in SOX compliance and Change Management activities, primarily around ADO deployments, approvals, audit evidence, and control execution. I’ve also been involved in process enhancement initiatives and stakeholder coordination.

If anyone is open to referring me, I’d really appreciate it. I can share my resume and additional details over DM.

Thank you in advance!

Hey everyone, I had my final interview today and I’m a bit confused about how things went, so looking for some insights.

Here’s how my process went:

- 1st round: Technical interview with Manager

- 2nd round: Technical interview with Senior Manager

- Then I had a Communication Assessment (haven’t received the result yet)

- After that, HR called me the same day and discussed my current CTC and expectations

Then things got a bit unexpected…

On Friday, HR scheduled another call. I assumed it would be for offer discussion or next steps, but it turned out to be a final round with a Managing Director.

In that round, the MD asked some basic questions related to my domain and role. Nothing too intense, but I wasn’t fully prepared since I wasn’t expecting another interview at that level. Also, I feel like I didn’t answer one of the questions properly.

Now I’m a bit anxious and unsure what to expect:

- Is this usually a sign that I’m close to getting selected?

- Why would they schedule an MD round after HR discussion?

- Could the communication assessment still be a deciding factor?

Would really appreciate if anyone has had a similar experience or can share how these processes usually work.

Thanks in advance!
