I just got an order for a singular ketchup packet from McDonald’s with the instruction to leave it at the back door. On arrival, the customer was standing on the front porch and told me to walk around the back and put the bag flat on the ground (the bag was still folded cause the item was flat). At first I thought maybe it was a test or like mystery shopper type thing but it just seems to not make much sense. Any ideas?

I’m not against medical intervention but I also don’t want to just bandaid the problem. I’ll try almost anything, what made the biggest difference for you?

Also is there anything you noticed made you flare up more?
