Hey everyone,

I know this community loves tracking stats, creating storylines, and keeping Career Mode realistic. I only play Player Career, and it always drove me crazy how the game completely wipes your history when you change clubs or start a new season.

A lot of people use Excel, but I wanted something more immersive. So, as a chemistry student learning Python in my spare time, I've spent the last year and a half (almost two years now) building and refining a dedicated desktop tracker app for myself. I shared an early version a while ago, but the jump in quality was so huge recently that I just skipped straight to Version 1.0.8.

I wanted to share it here for free because I think this is exactly the kind of deep dive this sub enjoys.

Here are some of the new deep-dive features in V1.0.8:

  • Opponent X-Ray & Full Dossiers: You can now see your all-time aggregate stats against specific clubs. Clicking on a team opens a Dossier showing every match you've played against them, including a goal timeline.
  • Historical Shot Mapping: When you view a competition's history, you get a "Scouting Report" that includes a visual map showing exactly where your goals entered the net (Top Corner, Mid, Grounded).
  • The "Time Machine": Compare your current season stats against a previous season to see exactly how many goals/assists you had at the exact same number of games played.
  • Dynamic League Tables: Log match results to generate a table. "View Round" lets you see standings after every matchweek, and "Rankings History" charts position changes.
  • Global Hall of Fame: A dedicated tab showing every piece of silverware you've ever won across all clubs in your career.
  • Custom Logos: You can manually upload custom PNGs for clubs and competitions to keep the UI looking clean.

Download & Security:

This is a 100% free passion project compiled into a simple .exe. No ads, no paywalls. Just extract the folder and run it.

If you guys test it out, let me know what you think of the new analytical tools! I’m always looking to add more immersive stats to make our saves feel more like a real football journey. Cheers!

I updated the Player Career Tracker I built for myself. Added League Tables, Opponent Analysis, and a new UI!

Hey everyone!

A few months ago, I shared a desktop app I was coding to track my Player Career stats and prevent the game from wiping my history when changing clubs. The feedback was awesome! I’ve spent the last few weeks working hard on it, and the jump in quality was so big I decided to skip straight to Version 1.0.8.

The whole interface has been redesigned to look cleaner and way more professional. But more importantly, I added a ton of in-depth analytical tools that make tracking your career much more immersive.

Here is what’s new in V1.0.8:

  • Custom Logos: You can now manually add and upload custom logos for both clubs and competitions.
  • The "Time Machine": You can now compare your current season stats against a previous season. It shows exactly how many goals and assists you had at the exact same number of games played last year.
  • Opponent X-Ray & Full Dossiers: Filter by season and team for a complete analysis. Clicking on a team opens a Full Dossier showing your all-time aggregate stats against them. There’s also an "All Matches" button to view stats for specific games, including a goal timeline!
  • Hall of Fame (Seasonal & Global): In the "By Season" tab, you can now see the specific trophies won that year. In the "Career Overall" tab, there is a Global Hall of Fame displaying every piece of silverware you've ever won.
  • Competition History & Shot Mapping: View every competition you've played in. Clicking one opens a "Historical Scouting Report" with your aggregate tournament stats, including a brand new feature: Where Your Goals Rank (a map showing exactly where the ball entered the net).
  • Interactive League Table: You can now manually log league match results to generate a dynamic table. "View Round" lets you see the standings after every single matchweek, and "Rankings History" generates a line chart comparing the position changes of two selected teams throughout the season.
  • Expanded Milestones & Goals: Added much more depth and content to your career milestones.

Just like last time, this is a personal project I’m sharing for free.
