Which university should I choose?/UK

Hi everyone!
I’m trying to decide between these universities for a Business Management course with a Foundation Year, and I’d really appreciate honest opinions

My offers are:
University of Westminster – Business Management with Foundation Year (waiting for final documents, likely unconditional)
University of Greenwich – Business Management (Marketing) with Foundation Year
London South Bank University – Business Management with Foundation Year
University of East London – Business Management with Foundation Year
London Metropolitan University – Business Management (Marketing) with Foundation Year

I’m hoping to work in HR, recruitment, or another corporate business role after graduating.

Which university would you choose and why? I’m especially interested in:
Teaching quality
Career support and placements
Internship opportunities
Reputation with employers
Student life
Whether you’d recommend your university overall
Thanks in advance!

Is a Business Management degree worth it ? - UK

Hi everyone,
I’m 21 and would really appreciate some honest advice.I don’t have GCSE Maths, options are limited. So one of the main degrees I can get into through a foundation year is Business Management at universities like the University of Westminster, London South Bank University, the University of East London, or London Metropolitan University.
My original plan was to pass Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and eventually go into healthcare, but I’m also interested in HR because I like the idea of helping people and it sounds interesting. Consulting also sounds interesting.
I have also struggled to find a job for the past couple of years, and also Ive been doing literally nothing and it’s taken a toll on my mental health. Part of me wants to go to university because it would give me a routine, help me meet people my age, make friends, build a network, and feel like I’m moving forward instead of feeling stuck.
I plan to do functional skills maths level 2/Gcse maths alongside the degree since I need it for better options in the future.

My questions are :
Would it be possible to work towards maths while studying business management?
Is Business Management worth it if I’m mainly interested in HR or consulting?
Does the university matter much (Westminster, LSBU, UEL, or London Met), or is the degree itself more important?
If you were in my position, would you start the degree now or wait until more options became available?
I’d really appreciate honest advice from students, graduates, recruiters, employers, or anyone working in HR or consulting. Thanks! 🙂

21, UK feeling stuck, low confidence( poor communications) trying to get into NHS admin / office work

I’m 21 and based in the UK. I feel quite stuck and overwhelmed with what direction to take career wise.
I have a BTEC Level 3 in Health & Social Care (MPP), GCSE English and other subjects, but I don’t currently have GCSE Maths / Functional Skills Level 2. I have some volunteering experience in schools and healthcare related environments, plus Short term warehouse and customer service work.(4 years ago). Right now I am doing nothing. I don’t know what to do. I’m a naturally ambitious person but because of mental health issues and Maths barrier I couldn’t go into uni. I’m basically “stuck” at home.
I’m trying to move into NHS Band 2 admin roles or general office/admin work in London. I’m also planning to study Functional Skills Maths Level 2 & Gcse Maths alongside this.
The issue I’m facing is confidence I struggle with interviews, I don’t know how to present myself properly, i don’t know how to sell myself and communicate properly and I often feel like I’m not good enough for roles even when I apply.
Long term I’m thinking about HR or studying Nursing/ Radiography progression(after I achieved Maths) but I’m currently just trying to get my first stable job.
My mental health has been affected recently because I feel overwhelmed and stuck.
What would you realistically do in my situation? Is NHS admin a realistic entry point? And what should I do right now.

21F looking for an accountability partner

Trying to get my life together. I’m in a transition phase right now exploring my options.

I’m trying to build better routines, be more productive, and stay consistent with goals (study, daily habits, getting things done, etc.) I struggle with consistency, I might have undiagnosed ADHD.
Thought it might be easier with someone doing the same.
Open to daily or weekly check ins . Nothing intense, just mutual support :)

Dm me if you’re genuinely interested
