Honeymoon suggestions

Hi all, we’re looking for suggestions for sandals resorts for our honeymoon.
We want somewhere that feels a bit of luxury, excellent food and drinks, nice pools and beach. Snorkelling/ scuba diving and other activities/ things to do in the area.
Not big on nightlife, but would like some decent entertainment. We don’t want somewhere that’s mega busy and noise keeping us up all hours. Also don’t want to be fighting for sun beds (if that’s at all possible 😅)
Open to ideas for any area.
Tell me where you’ve been and what you’ve loved/hated about it.

Weight loss and confidence

I’ve been on my glp1 journey almost 2 years, started on mounjaro, moved over to wegovy with the price hike and now I’m on Reta as wegovy wasn’t working.
I’ve lost an incredible 11 stone and gone from a size 22-24 (uk) to a size 8 (uk), sounds great right? But why is my confidence absolutely in the bin?! I felt I had more confidence and felt sexier when I was bigger, even though I despised being fat, I should be enjoying my new sexy small figure but instead I pick on everything still, my pancake ass, my loose skin and sagging tummy.
Why are us women never happy! What can I do to enjoy the skin I’m in and appreciate all my hard work and love the new me?

My mum died, can’t feel anything!

So I’ve been on duloxetine 30mg for about 8 weeks now, things were great, felt amazing in myself, increased mood and productivity, no more panic attacks, increased motivation..all sounds great right?
Well I thought to too until my mum died almost 3 weeks ago. Now I feel like I’m not able to grieve! I’ve only cried twice- the day she died and the day I viewed her in her coffin. I’ve been on some sort of keep busy mode and haven’t sat and even processed the fact she’s died. When my dad died 8 years ago I was devastated! I sobbed constantly and couldn’t get out of bed for days/weeks, I was a total mess. I get that it’s a good thing that I’m not in that mess this time round but I feel like I’m not grieving? Like this medication has stunted the ability to feel emotions of sadness? I can feel happy and excited so it’s not like I’m completely emotionally numb. It’s such an odd feeling! I feel like people think I don’t care because I’m just so matter of fact about it all.
Has anyone else felt this way? Obviously I don’t want to be a depressed blubbering mess but I can’t wrap my head around not feeling anything? I loved my mum dearly and should be devastated! I know grief is a funny thing and affects people differently, maybe I’ve not processed it properly yet. Who knows?!
