Gin is not an absent father — quite the opposite. Whenever he finished a mission, he would return to Whale Island and take care of his son Gon, teaching him Nen and training him from a young age.
Illumi, Silva, Zeno, and Maha did not hide Nen from Killua, training him from an early age to become the pinnacle of the Zoldyck family.

When this ability is activated, Baku can detect any lie and judge it even without evidence. The ability remains active for up to 1 hour. (Baku cannot detect lies that were told before the ability was activated.)
