Insect found in Protein Powder

Opened a protein shake powder (no sugar) and found this unwelcome guest, size about 0.5 cm. The container is made of plastic with a tight-fitting screw top lid.

We didn't have this for long, and we can't be certain if this insect was contained already (as eggs or adult) or if the powder was somehow contaminated after I opened it.

Nothing else in the house has or shows any insects, so we assume it came already in the tub.

Can anyone identify this lil guy?

The product was produced in America, this was filmed in Germany. Unfortunately, I am only able to upload still images.

Noob, totally lost, recommendations for good guides pls?

I usually play single player games like LoZ, Witcher, Divinity, Baldur's Gate, Clair Obscure and though I give Eldenring a try. I love the vibe but I am missing:
- a quest log
- a story line of substance
- a detailed map
- the ability to pause to orient myself.

I restarted several times and am doing ok-ish with the Astrologer class, and do better with long-range battle than melee fighters.

The Sites of Grace seem to point into random "next locations". Most locations I go to are wayyyyy too difficult for my level. I end up being flattened and losing my precious runes. I have no idea what to do in the round table place everything is too expensive or I don't qualify yet.

Sorry for the moan - are there any good guides that help me understand the game and next steps, where to find upgrades for weapons and armour, a list of side quest and a realistic path to follow?

Orchestral Score for Clair Obscure Exp 33 Original Soundtrack

REQUESTING OST FOR Clair Obscur Exp 33

I am an obsessed fan of the music and the game and have not been able to find an actual proper score for the OST.

There are of course websites that offer scores for individual songs, but sadly they are mostly transcribed into a piano score. However, I am searching for a full score like the one in the screenshot.

I would prefer a printed, bound version of the whole Opus, or at least the majority. A PDF version would also be ok. Most importantly, it needs to be more than just a piano score!

It would allow me to pick up on even more intricacies of the composition, and I can nerd out even more...

Can someone help?

What is the buzzing sound heard during US police interrogations?

I love watching true crime content- especially JCS style interrogations - on YouTube.

Periodically, a loud "buzz buzz" sound can be heard, that does not seem to be generated by regular mobile phones or other communication devices. It appears to be resonating loudly in the interrogation room, but nobody pays any attention to it.

Similar sounds can often be heard - albeit more piercing - during body cam recordings.

The sound is extremely unpleasant and hurts my ears when I listen with my headphones.

What are these sounds, where do they come from and why are they generated?
