Anyone else having an issue with Serato 4.x not saving cue points for some tracks? I'll think it's saved, but when I go to another crate and back to the one with the track in it & load the track, the cue points are gone.

My mortgage is coming up for renewal in 1 month.
I am behind almost 2 years of city property taxes. Please don't ask how I came into this situation...
No collection letter from the city or anything, but the mortgage company wants proof of last payment.
Mortgage is through Meridian Credit Union. Is it common / possible for them to roll tax arrears into future mortgage payments? Has anyone gone through this before?
