i don’t want to look matronly and don’t mind a bit of edge but don’t want to look silly.

code is “formal attire..:long or mid calf length dresses for women”. dress 1-navy-feels safe; dress 2-chartreuse-cool but doesn’t fit well; dress 3-powder blue-favorite but too body con/tight?

also realize no one will be paying much attention to me but what can i say? ex husband will be there with his new wife and wouldn’t mind looking my best. (even at +60 years old, yeah you still care 💀)

we have had a run of super hot weather but this looks worse than just that. usa. mid atlantic. zone 7b. street tree. what is going on? thanks for any suggestions!
