Emgality in fridge at 58 degrees F

I just came home from a trip to find that the dogsitter didn't close the fridge totally.

The temp in there is 58 degrees. I don't know how long this has been the case.

There are four (expensive) doses of Emgality in there. :(

I've been on it a few months now, and it seems to be helping.

My first dose was a double dose. All doses after that have been single doses.

My next dose is due soon.

I'm tempted to make it a double, assuming that im going to have to throw away two doses.

Frustrating.

Hampton Inn, Fairfield, Ohio

Hampton Inn, Fairfield, Ohio.... a few nights ago, due to a faulty sensor, a fire alarm went off 11 times between 4:30 and 7:30 a.m. The next morning, one of the managers was offering people bottles of water in the breakfast area and asking how they were doing.

I didn't have a reservation for any additional nights because they were full. I had to move over to a nearby Marriott, which is ok so far despite some dumpiness and an idgaf attitude at the front desk.

That HI location was good at one point, but imho has been going downhill for a few years now.

I've stayed there a few times a year for several years now, because I have family nearby.

A few things: Tasteless coffee and eggs, strobing lights inside the elevators during my visits in late 2025 and early 2026, non-working ice machine on my floor last week, touchup paint on walls is wrong color, and a noticeable decline in politeness of staff. Tbh, the staff issue is the issue that makes me not want to return. They're actually blunt and uncaring. Lack basic politeness.
