Mental health advocacy and application
Hi! I'm working on an intership program about understanding mental health and how the stigma affects people's overall lives, and more surrounding that. So, as a part of my project, I am supposed to apply all the learned knowledge and organise some sort of contribution or event
I'm planning to either visit an elderly care centre, special needs school or something like that. So if you are interested, can you let me know? I'm trying to get around 5 volunteers or so for this
Ps: It's something nice that you can add on ur resume, college application ow whatever you want
Requirements:
- You have to be in Belgaum
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Age from 16 to 19 (I'm a minor myself, don't worry)
- Be down for a professional meetup in a Cafe or smth
- NO GHOSTING
Plus points if :
- You can speak Marathi or Kannada
- You actually give a shit about society and mental health
(UHM yeah, I'm kind of scared doing this {unfortunately I have no reliable friends to do this with whatsoever} cuz I don't want creepy old men in my vicinity, but ill have to vc u or smth if u are selected to make sure you aren't some freak or organ harvester and for both my and ur safety, OK ENOUGH YAP, DETAILS IN THE DMS)
