Tenho um Onix Turbo há 6 anos. Carro rápido e muito econômico. Na estrada, bebe como uma moto. Hoje ele deu o primeiro problema, apresentou quebra do Coxim do amortecedor. Fui bem mal atendido na concessionária, além do preço alto que é praxe, o mecânico tentou pegar uma grana por fora no PIX negociando desconto no serviço. Fiquei bravo e enchi o saco de me ferrar tentando fazer tudo corretamente como manda o fabricante.

Sempre ouvi que Honda e Toyota são inquebráveis e o serviço da css é excelente.
É tudo isso mesmo?

a Toyota não tem mais carro pra mim, agora é só SUV. A Honda ainda tem o City.
Vale a pena sair dum carro Turbo para um aspirado CVT?
Terei mesmo vantagens de durabilidade e bons serviços na concessionária?

a few days ago a asked about a lens upgrade for my 18-45 lens and a lot of people said that a Sigma 18-50 is a great choice.

I looked for prices in Brazil and this lens costs about U$1k here. Seems a LOT of money to not get a noticeable zoom range from my actual lens and lose IS.

A friend told me about getting a RF50 to portraits and a RF16 to landscapes. Both costs about U$730 and I can't get them used by U$550.

I saw thay RF16mm has too much distortion, I don't know if it happens on JPEG or uncorrected raw.

Besides that, the two canon option seemed to by much more reasonable about pricing them picking a Sigma 18-50.

What you guys think?

I think I’ve taken some decent photos so far, but looking at lens lists and prices online, I get the feeling that I have the cheapest lens possible, which might be bottlenecking my camera's actual performance.

Since I don't have a defined photography style yet, I've run into different limitations that leave me unsure of what to buy next. For example:

I’ve wanted to shoot wildlife from about 20 meters away, and 45mm wasn't nearly enough (rarely).

I’ve wanted to shoot in low-light environments, and the f/4.5-6.3 aperture was a major bottleneck (frequently).

I’ve wanted to shoot the Milky Way, and the aperture limited me (rarely).

I’ve wanted to take portraits with a nice blurred background, and the aperture also limited me (rarely).

In short, my camera feels like it shares the same limitations as my phone (iPhone 17), which makes using it feel more like just a hobby/pleasure rather than a real step up in image quality.

I really want to upgrade my glass to fully unlock my camera's potential. I'm strongly considering the Sigma 16mm f/1.4, but I'm worried about struggling with the lack of zoom. I'm also looking at the Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8, which has the same zoom range as my current lens but doesn't offer an aperture as wide as f/1.4.

Budget: up to U$1k

Do you guys have any suggestions or advice for my situation?
