Ah yes, the American tradition of all our leagues wearing white at home

Dude (wrongly) states that its a tradition for our leagues to wear white as an away team, then when called out that literally the NFL is the only one to really do this historically, he doubles down and starts calling others names haha. I just thought this sub would get a kick out of it as its so wrong to anyone that pays any attention to uniforms

Any auto claims people ever venture over to any of the driving/accident subs like r/dashcam?

Holy hell, every time I go into one of those threads (not subscribed they just pop up in my feed), I instantly get downvoted and called all kinds of names simply for either proving some context on how liability works, or asking simple questions to clarify something.

My favorite was getting downvoted and called all kinds of names for simply stating that the other driver in a video likely has their own version of events, and that you cannot take OP's word as gospel. Or when I provided context on a comp claim a week ago, I am still getting messages about how I am a terrible person, and ruin lives haha

I know I should stay away from these or at least not comment, but man its hard watching idiots spread all kinds of misinformation to the masses, because we end up dealing with it when they inevitably have a claim. I have been an auto adjuster for 15 years now and see it every day.

I rarely see anyone else mention they work in insurance/claims, so just curious if anyone else ever venture in these subs and have similar stories?

I got to work for free today because my bank doesn't accept Zelle

I work in a tipped position, literally get pennies on the hour from my employer, and in my role I get one customer a day. Today that customer tipped me on Zelle as he said he had no other way to pay me.

We my bank doesnt use that. And after searching online for an hour, looks like im shit out of luck. None of my friends and family uses a bank that has Zelle. So I worked 6 hours for $20. That barely covers the gas it took to get there and back.

How the fuck did we get here? This is so dystopian. I was paid, but I cant access the money.
