What’s with support just hanging up or ending the conversation?
This happens to me all the time. Yesterday the customer didn’t provide a gate code and wouldn’t answer messages or pick up their phone so I reached out to support, they asked me how they could help me and I explained the issue, “saineed ended the chat”. This happens frequently. How does instacart even allow this? I’ve worked at call centers before and that would have been a huge no no that would have gotten you written up. Ive noticed in general with large corporations the larger they become and more money they acquire customer service kind of just flies out the window because they know that people are still gonna use their platform.

It’s been like this for the last week. Absolutely zero blocks available
As the title says, there has been zero blocks available, and if I do see one it’s for $11 for a station no where close to me. I’m in Vegas, a huge city, so you think there would be some. It’s been a horrible week for Gig work in general. I can usually pull in $150-$200 a day doing instacart, but I was averaging $32 a day this past week, and I was out 6 a.m- 5 p.m everyday. Same for DoorDash, would sit for 2 hours before an offer popped up on my screen, and when it did it was $8 to pick up and drop off 4 tires from good o tires 13 miles away. I know a lot of other gig workers here and they’ve all been saying the same thing. This is the worst week they’ve ever seen. What’s going on 😭 I’m hoping it picks up again this week.
