I'm a student who wants a part time job. Is it hard to find a part time job in Shillong?

So I've been having this issue for years everytime I visit my village these rashes would break out and increase over time. When I leave my village it would disappear. I can't even visit a dermatologist right now cause it's a village. When I try to tell this to my parents they just say I'm looking down on my village and this is all just me overthinking. But this has been happening ever since I was a child. Is there something wrong with me

Do people actually die if someone in their family had sex and they keep it a secret? I heard people saying that someone died or people during pregnancy have difficulties and even have a miscarriage because their daughter Or sister refused to tell them that she had done those deeds. I personally believe it's just a method of controlling women because women are always blamed cause if that's true then how does that not apply to a guy?

I want genuine answers.
