Incentive tip. Something for new drivers to pay attention to.

I have been doing Spark deliveries for a few months now. I noticed these incentives started popping up and the fine prints fine print WILL get you. I had an incentive pop up on July 1st that read 8$ for curbside pickup ALL day for ALL stores.

That to me seemed pretty cut and dry. That said I noticed that nowhere when I was accepting any orders was it showing any incentive completions as I was doing them. I called and got the “you have to wait 14 days” jargon they give. So I did.

On the 14th day I called and they said “no, it’s 14 business days” annoyed I said okay what is the 14th day. They said July 22nd. They said they created a case # for my call though and took my information. The trip #’s the incentive ID…all the important info. The agent even agreed those trips should have counted.

So I called back on July 22nd as instructed and provided them with the case # and was asked “would I like to add information to my customer complaint” annoyed again I informed the agent that my case wasn’t about a customer complaint but unpaid incentives. To which they said it wasn’t and round and round we went. Finally they opened a new case and took all my information again. Trip #’s etc. said I would hear back “within a few days”

Well within minutes I got an email stating that the trips in question didn’t qualify for the incentive because the offer was “store specific”

The incentive said all stores…

So I called back a few days later when the dust settled and was told incentives only qualify on offers where the green check mark shows on the trip you accept. So even if the trip meets every parameter offered under the incentive if it doesn’t have the green check mark it WILL NOT pay out.

TLDR ; if your offer doesn’t show the green incentive check mark, you more than likely won’t be paid the incentive bonus and calling spark support likely will not help.

Moral of the story…don’t chase an incentive.

Incentive completions?

Is it just me or do you rarely get the incentives and have to constantly call in to remind them to pay them out?

It’s frustrating as hell. What does everyone here do that experiences this do to get the payout on the incentives. Is the only recourse doing as they say and waiting 14 days to just have to call in and request payment with all the details?

Is it just me or is every candidate for governor in Oklahoma endorsed by TRUMP?

I watch a lot of YouTube and all these clowns seem to love to talk about how endorsed by Donald Trump they are in their ads. I wouldn’t put it past him to endorse them all not knowing what he’s actually doing but are all of these other clowns lying about their endorsements or what?

I’ve been using Discogs a lot more lately for find things at better prices. Some of these record stores are out of their minds. If any of you were past Toadies fans. I highly recommend their new album The Charmer. Very worthy.
