How I decorate my planner
I love to decorate with stickers and I'm really liking how this years planner is turning out. May is my favorite so far, do you have a favorite? Do the colors for each month make sense?

I cannot recommend this book enough- Teaching with Love and Logic
Reading this book while being a one on one para that worked with kids with behavioral issues saved me. This book taught me so much. A big focus is how to be empathetic while being firm, the important aspects of discipline and expectations. A lot of these kids with behavioral issues just want to be seen. Seen as a person and seen as a kid that can achieve a lot.
