Ive been obsessing over the Fantasy MHA, so I wanted to throw Kira in that world. She is a mage, not a witch. (witches sell there souls for magic, Mages magic comes from within.) She just likes the aesthetics of a witch. Her mage's staff, is split due to her using her lightening magic... the only magic she knows. (she claims she can heal people with it... it works, but its painful.)
