Maybe I'm being a baby but I will never get use to 1 bag in a tote... It's harder coming from a bin where we always maximize and load so we bring in less boxes as possible. Quick vent!!!! Now go out and make plan.....
I was just thinking if I was to go back maybe 2 years ago or more, it's crazy how much things have changed. Today I made a 500.00 order and afterwards it jumped to 1500.00 and I had to just stand there and cut it down all the 2s and 4s and added cases. I had to stand there because no air in the truck but that's a whole other problem( I live in the south btw) . While driving I got somebody that had changed lanes abruptly and the camera goes off and dings me for following too close. It's crazy how they have took selling from the salesman. Every store has action items that the store managers don't want or doesn't make sense. I wonder what's next. I think soon we are not going to be able to adjust the orders and just going to bring in whatever it generates. I also wonder do they ever think about what got us here and the success they have had in the past. It wasn't with what we are doing now I know that. Honestly this place at least to me use to be a good place to work yes it have problems but what job doesn't but it has changed so fast, maybe and I mean maybe somebody going to say, you know what I think we messed up with this perfect route stuff. Who Knows!!!!
How many hours can you work without your day being counted as an absence?
I got a second interview for cintas for the SSR First Aid position and honestly the salary might be too low for me, she even said now I don't wanna scare you off but its 55k to 60k but can earn more. Does come with your own work vehicle you can take home but I still don't know about that. Their side of reddit doesn't give too much info on really anything and alot of their post are old but I did see some Frito guys asking some questions 😅. I've had a couple of interviews lately and have gotten offered one ( didn't wanna travel that much) but I'm starting to realize frito does pay a little above average, well for some. What have you heard about cintas or any guys from over there with Frito?
I don't know what else to do. Previously I didn't give a damn about the score and just did it my way, well I been doing it the "right way" and I've reached 100% then once a week it goes to this score seems like automatically. How is the system, AI, or whatever it is telling me I'm not scanning enough holes like it's sitting there in the store with me? I hate that my 1 cent raise is depending on something like this and get this, nobody can explain to me why in a way that makes sense without using Frito terms (reading off a piece of paper). What's your score?

All last week, damn near every box I open had at least 1 bag busted. It wasn't just one flavor, it was damn near everything from Doritos, lays, rold gold and just everything. I don't even wanna talk about the cheese chester puffs I don't think I put out of full case of those in a couple weeks. They wanna micro manage everything else but how about starting there with quality control. Then when i credit them out ( maybe our zone is late to this) but they wanna know the reason why you're defecting them but the protein Doritos bags are just fine. Since I'm mentioning the protein Doritos can the chip God's please stop blessing me with them I counted 34 cases yesterday with August 11th on them. Very seldom do you like the job that you have but maybe the last 2 years not so much. As soon as I walk through the door my body just get instantly exhausted, same as when I was a coach at Walmart and it was like that until I left. Got called for a second interview, hopefully that's my exit.
So for 5 straight days I've came in Walmart and they have had an electric pallet jack on the dock with no keys and after repeating asking the overnight whatever or whomever to please stop doing that it's still on there and can't anybody ever find the keys. I was a assistant manager (they call it coach now) for I forget how many years and we use to watch the camera and write they ass up whoever did it. Now it's always only 1 dock open so they have time to "find the keys" before the Walmart truck comes. I can't lie I almost said the hell with it and got back in the truck, parked it and called in. The store manager at the store I'm working is the store manager when I was a coach previously so I'm still cool with him so that's why I just stayed and plus he always have said that I can come back, so that's sort of a option I can have. Maybe I'm irritable this morning or just grumpy but that pissed me off. The scintilla app still doesn't work so I couldn't just checkin myself. Alright vent over.
I hope that they are sold only inside the actual restaurant and not in stores. I don't think I can take another new flavor of chips.

Was going through some bottles that I hardly use and came across this. I can't remember where I bought it from or when (I know it's been awhile) but there is nothing really on the Internet about it. When I search it, the only one comes up is the exclusive edition but there is a collector's edition that comes up but the bottle looks different. It smells good and definitely for the winter. Anybody have, had or know anything about it?
I gotta admit I bought this of the hype and how so many people was grazing it but I'm just not a fan of it. I've had it about 7 or 8 months maybe, tried it and put it in a box with the rest I usually don't like. I tried it again the last 2 days and the opening on my skin doesn't smell good at all but the dry down is just ok. I like the Parfum so I just knew I would like this one but it just ended up being an expensive blind buy which I'm always against but hey players mess up to. Anybody absolutely love this fragrance?
Sold 2 boxes of 42 family yesterday the whole day, which is unheard with this store. How it is in your market? Everyone been expressing the same thing but I haven't seen it this slow in awhile. Now the end of the month is always slow for us but not like this. I'm back to a RSA (thankfully) so it doesn't effect me but damn!!!!
