XPS15 9510 Issues
I've been having issues with my 9510 for over 6 months now, if I hold my laptop up by either side of the mouse area, the cursor will disappear, and my entire screen freezes. Sometimes I get black flickering boxes across the screen, and nothing I do can get it to unfreeze. I have to shut it down and turn it back on using the power button. And I get a blue screen sometimes too and will have to bypass and continue to Windows 11. I ran a diagnostic on it, the only thing that needs changing is the battery, which my brother changed yesterday, and he also added thermal paste, but aside from that he said he couldn't see anything inside that could be causing it. The battery now lasts longer, but I'm still having the same mouse issue. It happens multiple times a day, and sometimes without carrying the laptop, just pressure applied near the mouse area. I have to be super careful not to press or touch too much around it so it doesn't freeze the whole thing. Do I need to get a new laptop, or is this fixable?
