How are people managing the fatigue?

I (38 f) have been on WeGovy since March and have lost 10kg. I was on 0.25 for 6 weeks, then went to 0.5 for 2 months, and now part way through my second pen of 1mg.

Oh my days it’s sucking the life out of me. I was tired a lot before starting but it’s just getting worse. Since being on 1mg I’m struggling to get out of bed and get my steps in at all. I’ve gone from being v active doing 12-15k steps a day to barely managing 3k since June (being on school holidays and heat waves haven’t helped).

I’m drinking enough, and eating enough (albeit less to account for reduced physical activity) and I’ve had a blood test and everything is normal. 🤷‍♀️

How are people managing the fatigue? Or is this the end of the road? I’ve got about 6kg until my goal weight but dunno how much long I can carry on feeling so depleted.

IPL itchy bumps - how do I minimise bad reaction?

I started using the Braun Silk expert Pro 5 IPL last week for the first time. I’m using it on the extra sensitive setting, but legs looks awful. Thankfully I haven’t had the same reaction on my intimate area or face.

It’s been 8 days and I still have these red itchy bumps all over my legs. I shaved today in preparation for having a 2nd go at IPL tonight, but and they still look almost as bad as a week ago. Despite using conditioner to shave, moisturising after etc.

Would you do round 2 tonight or wait?

What can I put on my skin to help? I’ve tried moisturiser, aloe vera gel, coconut oil but nothing seems to help.

How do I minimise having such a bad reaction?

Appreciate any tips
