They do such petty attention seeking things lol

my nfather asked me to come see this drink he was drinking, but I know he really just wanted me to see that he was wearing a shirt my nbrother got him from his college. I also got him a shirt from my college but have never once seen him wear it. He does these petty things to try and create some jealousy between siblings, but he was degrading my brother and telling him he’ll never succeed in his career field, laughing about it as well. He didn’t start wearing my brother’s shirt until recently for some reason but he’s had both shirts for at least 3 years. it’s so funny this man child thinks I gaf about what shirt he’s wearing or who he wants to choose to support. he gets a smirk on his face too like my guy you’re a weirdo I genuinely don’t care if you drop dead much less wear my college shirt.

Were you abused at your siblings or eparent’s whim?

as an example, my brother once accused me of stealing his headphones. we had the same ones that came with phones and I was using mine not his. I was screamed at by my father. another time, I was using colored pencils for my homework, my brother comes in to take them for his. I stood up for myself, and my father tried choking me. I was screamed/ abused for not giving my brother homework answers or refusing to go somewhere with my sister.I was too scared so I just backed away and closed myself in my room. my sister would take my stuff out of the bathroom when I was going to shower and claim she needed it. if I stood up for myself I was threatened to be slapped. there were multiple occurences where me standing up for myself against any of them led to my father charging at me with anger like a serial killer, trying to choke me, screaming at me, or threatening to slap or beat me. I don’t ever remember being really physically hurt by him, by my mother yes, but mostly I would be frozen in fear when stuff like that would happen. it was like a having multiple people team up against you

Did your parent never take your side in anything?

if something happened to you on the outside, they’d either laugh it off and blame you or get angry and blame you. if something happened in the home between my siblings and I, my siblings were coddled while I was threatened to be slapped, screamed at, or physically abused if I continued to stick up for myself. on a few occasions my parent had tried to choke me
