2019 BTech Passout stuck at Infosys at 4 LPA. Need career advise.

Hi everyone, I’m new to Reddit and looking for some career guidance.

I’ve been working at Infosys since 2022. I joined as a fresher, went through about 1.5 years of training, and started working as a System Engineer in November 2023.

Since then, I’ve worked on a couple of DevOps projects and picked up skills along the way. The problem is that my current project no longer offers much learning, and I’m still at 4 LPA.

I’ve been trying to switch for almost a year now, but I haven’t had any success. I’ve applied to many companies, but I’m either not getting interview calls or not making it through the process. It’s becoming quite discouraging.

I’m not sure what I should focus on next. Should I improve my DevOps skills, work on cloud certifications, build projects, contribute to open source, or do something else entirely?

My goal is simple: get into a better company where I can learn, grow, and earn a better salary.
I’d really appreciate any advice from people who have been in a similar situation or have successfully switched from a service-based company. Thanks in advance.

I order milk along with other things from zepto. Initially i thought there is something wrong with my boiling process but even with low flame boil the result was same. The milk gets curdled every time. The milk received is always on the last day of UBD.

It turns out there is something wrong with the zepto milk either they rewrite the UBD date or idk. The milk from the nearby shop is fine. Is it only me or you have also experienced something similar.
