I want to continue my studies/find work abroad, specifically in Australia or any English-speaking country.

I study Automatique, and I heard from my uncles abroad that people in the same field are very much needed and have good pay (confirmed by Gemini and some reddit comments/youtube videos).

The problem is, in my 2nd year in uni, my notes were very weird. My grades in the 2 main subjects were horrible, but everything else was either average or really good, so if I lock in this year (L3) and get good grades, will I have higher chances of being accepted abroad?

Also, is there a campus in Australia or something? Something like Campus France.

For context, I started this game a year ago, when I had zero knowledge of how to manage an economy, and a few days ago I picked the game again.

My industry was second to the UK, which had like a 900 industry score while I was at 300; then came the US, which overtook both of us like it was a cakewalk, and now it's 1900, and my industry score is 1066, and Russia is about to overtake me (their industry score is 1060 by the time I'm writing this).

I'm a constitutional monarchy and always choose the socialists as the ruling party because of the Planned Economy and Full Citizenship things. My factories fill up with workers all the time, and I make sure to expand them and create new ones. I have a shit ton of factories, and they all make good profits (genuinely the best factories I ever made in a Victoria 2 game). Then why am I falling behind? When I check the US, Russia, and UK's industry scores, they rise in a matter of days and do so pretty quickly, but mine are very slow to do so; it's like as soon as my factories finish expanding/building, the score rises a lot, then stagnates until the next wave of expanding/building factories, by then the other powers catch up.

At least the rest of the GPs are far from my industry score, but still, this is god damn Germany; what am I doing wrong?

Playing as Germany, 1900s, and I can't expand my factories. I check why, and it says Iron 000/192.

I have multiple provinces in Germany with Iron, + Loango's Iron province. I even put the max amount when buying Iron, but it worked momentarily, then went back to 0.

What the hell do I do about this Iron? Playing HFM.

The thing is, I created a Wise account years ago. I followed a dude on TikTok on how to make an account and make it work in Algeria, but I never used it. And you can probably tell by now that when I said I followed a random tutorial, it means I used a fake address.

I asked Gemini if I could use my account like normal, and it said that I might get a Residency Check and that if I get caught, my account will get locked. Is that true?

Basically, if you have a Wise card or experience using it in Algeria, please explain to me how to bypass all these headaches.

What should I be learning so I can advance in this field? I heard it's very good and needed pretty much everywhere, + a good pay.

This year I'll be L3. If I wished to study/work abroad, how should I go about doing that? No Campus France since I don't know French.

First of all, I'd like to say I don't even know how I made it as a GP. My prestige is the 3rd highest in the world, but my industry and military are dogshit compared to other GPs; actually, even lower than some Secondary Powers.

I've also lost all immigration from a long time ago, and only recently did I finally get the socialists to rule and be able to enact social reforms, but guess what? I only passed 2 social reforms and then nothing, even though I have passed EVERY SINGLE political reform.

I've been asking Gemini for a little bit now, and he kinda helped me out. For the industry, I removed all factories that were barely making a profit/barely had workers/losing money, and I've been earning a little more than usual, but one problem is ALL factories are like 50% full, with rare exceptions needing to be expanded. (Population is like 75% educated, with all states except colonies having 4% intellectuals).

Military score is fucking embarrassing; I barely have an army and navy, and if I dare to make more, my economy flatlines.

Industry score is mainly my investments in my puppets and spheres (puppeted Chile, Bolivia, and 3 southern Brazilian states and sphered them + Peru).

I have Gabon and Congo-Brazzaville as my colonies + sphered the Free State of Congo.

I'm currently expanding my puppet factories to postpone my de-ranking to the Netherlands, and I'm at war with the last free African country to increase my militancy and war exhaustion so I can pass some social reforms.

TL;dr: I'm a bumass GP with a shit economy and military + 0 immigration; help me stay as GP, please.

I downloaded the new version of GFM, and I'm playing as La Plata. It's currently around the 1880s, and I formed the United Provinces of LaPlata, Puppeted the southern provinces of Brazil, and sphered them + Peru and Chile.

From the moment I formed this damn country, I get an event that crashes my game. First it was an earthquake relief in god knows what province, then it was RGO change in Tucuman, and now It's the Gold Rush in a fuck-ass city.

I've been deactivating these events by typing "always = no" under the trigger code, but how many times am I gonna keep doing that? I might as well delete that events folder.

Is this something that happens to you guys as well? Is there a fix?
