Best Waterproof Carrying Case?

Hey yall, just “downgraded” (lol) to an x100vi from a Sony alpha iv. I just wanted something compact, and not have to worry about swapping out lenses. I love photography but I’m not super serious about it and don’t do it professionally, so this camera really fits my vibe.

I’m curious to know if there is a great carrying case when you’re out and about, like nature or street photography, that will fit the camera with the lens hood on? Preferably something waterproof for inclement weather. Thanks!

Golf Recs Near Old Forge

Hey all, I’m heading up to Old Forge next weekend and looking for track recs. Thendara seems like the closest, but I’m willing to drive 1-1.5 hours for a spectacular course with nice views. Thanks in advance

Can’t stop cupping my wrist.

Hey all, I’ve been working on my golf game a lot. I go to the range 3-5 times a week and golf 1-2 times a week. I’ve brought my HCP down from about ~24 to ~17 after playing about 30 rounds this year.

I’m having one issue though. I can’t get my wrist to stop cupping. Also, I’ve noticed the shaft of my club is pointing out to the right side of the fairway. What are some tips I can incorporate into my swing to help stop cupping my damn lead wrist?

Rhode Island Golf Friends

Hey all. I’m about a 19 HCP and was wondering if there was anyone in the northern RI area that’s a scratch through +10 HCP that is looking for someone to go to the range with or golf with? Specifically someone who just enjoys passing along their learnings.

I’d like to learn more from someone who has had success getting their HCP down. I’ve got a pretty decent swing, been golfing for quite some time. But very inconsistent outcomes.

Apologies if this is against rules.

Removing mildew from screened in porch ceiling

Hey yall. So we bought last year and we have a beautiful screened in porch attached to the side of the house. The only issue I’ve had is it traps humidity and results in sone mildew on the ceiling. The wood is finished so I believe it’s just surface mildew.

I tried to get on a ladder and wash with a water and bleach mix. It was working but took an hour to do one small section. It was on pace to take way too long.

Are there any recs for cleaning this in a smarter not harder way?

Log splitting help RI

Hey all, does anyone here do (or know someone who does) log splitting? Had some trees downed and looking to have them split for fire wood.
