As the title says, I have all my purple cards maxed with the plus 1, but only at level 56. How do you get to 60?

Saw this today and no clue what it is, kind looks like a giant auger. Sorry for the pics, way zoomed in as was about a mile or two away from me.

Started growing my hair out during covid as my last haircut was in March 2020 hours before everything shut down. Growing it long was a new experience at the time, always had a high fade since high school. Well my hair is thin (thanks mom, lol) and started to get spots that were really thin in the front and the top. I resisted cutting it completely off as it had been such a long time. Had gotten it trimmed a couple times usually to about shoulder length. My wife has been asking if I was ever going to cut it off and this month I was finally ready. What do you think?
