Absent/apathetic staff?

Does anyone still work at Pandora, or is it just that they have literally zero interest in listening to what their customers want? There's a thread going in their ideas forum that's been going strong for something like 7 years, and it's the third most up voted idea ever, second highest that's still active. It seems like it should be incredibly easy to implement; but they just... Won't.

What conceivable reason could a company have to ACTIVELY ignore their customers? They created an ideas forum, then don't do anything about it. Why bother having the forum?

I really like Pandora for the most part; but their profound lack of interest or ability to improve even the slightest bit is getting to be burdensome. I can't be alone.

Support email is giving NDR.

Got a bounce back from their mail server saying recipient not found.

I dropped my phone and even though it has no visible damage (it was in the protective case I bought along with it!) the screen no longer responds to touch. I tried technical taps, and shaking along with gentle twisting hoping to reseat the connection, and nothing worked.
I pulled the screen and back off, and disconnected, then reseated the ribbon and it still doesn't work. I need a new digitizer assembly, so I went to their website and it says to email them. So I did. But apparently that email address doesn't work.

The website has information saying they're working on a new phone, which would be neat if I could actually trust that the company is still in business. Having their support mailbox removed is not a good sign.
