Do any of you have any idea when Rohtang is going to open for tourists?

Hi guys, I am going on a trip to Manali in mid may. Suggest some reasonable cafes in old Manali to go to if I am staying near Hidimba Temple. If there is any area famous for any food we should try, suggest the same too.
