ASUS laptop returned from repair

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if there’s an issue with my laptop after the repair.

I recently sent my ASUS laptop in for repair because it was randomly crashing. I wasn’t really expecting much, but when I got it back, I was surprised to find out that they had replaced the entire motherboard.

Now I’m having a new issue. When I connect the laptop to an external monitor through HDMI, the laptop detects that a monitor is connected, but nothing displays on the monitor.

I’ve already tried different monitors and multiple HDMI cables, but I’m still having the same problem. Everything worked fine before the motherboard replacement.
Has anyone experienced something similar after a motherboard replacement? Is there anything else I should try, or would you recommend sending the laptop back for another repair?

Thank you!!

PDF Export

Hello,

I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong. However, every time I export my notes from the pencil feature, the PDF comes out unclear. I prefer a pencil to a pen. Is there a way to work around this, or is it an ongoing issue?
