2005 prius codes
Hi, any idea what would be the problem. There are no codes on the dash no abs codes. But there is high pitch sound when I use the brakes at lower speed.

Does 2005 Prius Brake Pads need extra shims?
Hi, I have seen some brake pad change videos and some people were adding another light metallic color shims to the top of these pad shims. Do I really need them?
Edit: I tried to mention outer stainless steel shims on top of bandix ones. Do I need them?

How do you deal with judgmental providers
I'm 2 years out from my ETS. I have decided I am getting out. Because I can't handle the stress, command and my medical issues anymore. But every time I go to talk to my provider, he just doesn't record any of my important symptoms, he is just like "oh you got this, this is the medicine go use it" And he tells me if I get worse I should go to ER every time. If I go see him for different issues, he thinks all of the issues are mental health related and gives me some sleep medicine. He makes a comment "Oh, we started seeing each other a lot" and you can feel from his eyes and face that he judges you and this makes me very uncomfortable to talk to him about any of my issues. Last time I went there, because of his attitude, I said I'm okay and left without telling him anything, and he recorded as I am healthy and I am doing fine.
How do you deal and stay encouraged in these kinds of situations?
