Any shifting methods to use while being high?
Just what the title says!

How do you know you're actually living in the assumption and not wavering? I check my thoughts a lot, and as far as I can tell, they aren't really opposing what I want. But I'm still here, even after affirming and trying to live in the assumption almost 24/7 for nearly two years.
I think there may be a deeper reason why I'm struggling.
Around 3–4 years ago, I was extremely immersed in assuming I was my DR self. I genuinely felt like I was getting very close to experiencing my DR. Then my cat suddenly passed away.
Ever since then, I've had this fear in the back of my mind that if I fully immerse myself in an assumption or allow myself to feel like something is already mine, something bad will happen to my family or my (now) cat.
It's almost like my mind has connected "fully assuming" with "something terrible happening in the 3D."
I've tried affirming against this and revising what happened, but I haven't really gotten any relief. My mind still comes back with thoughts like:
"No matter what you do, something bad will happen in the 3D first, and only then will you get your desire."
I know it probably sounds irrational, but it's a very persistent fear. I also find myself constantly checking my thoughts and trying to make sure I'm not thinking anything "wrong," because I'm scared that if I don't, I'll somehow cause something bad to happen.
Honestly, I'm exhausted. I don't want to spend 24/7 monitoring my thoughts just to make sure nothing bad happens. Life isn't exactly where I want it to be either, which is part of why I want to shift/manifest better circumstances.
I'm trying to remind myself that I don't have to figure everything out immediately and that maybe things will become easier with time.
There's another thing I've noticed. My mind seems to believe: "I might successfully shift/manifest through the void state, Hypnagogia, WBTB, SATS etc., but I just need to manifest that first."
So instead of actually trying the method, I end up feeling like I need to manifest the ability to do the method before I can actually do it.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
How do you personally distinguish between genuinely living in the assumption and simply becoming overly focused on whether you're wavering?
And how would you approach the fear/association that developed after my cat passed away?
I'd especially like to hear from people who have gone through with something similar.
I'm just curious if anyone here has shifted to a reality where they dated or married Taehyung (Kim Taehyung from BTS). If you have, I'd love to hear about your experience or read a storytime if you're comfortable sharing!
If someone has already posted about this before, I'd really appreciate it if you could point me to that post. Thanks!
I've been wondering how you can tell whether you're truly staying in the state or subtly wavering without realising it.
I've been checking my thoughts, and they don't seem to oppose my desire. Yet I'm still in the same place after affirming almost constantly for nearly two years.
I'd also really appreciate any advice.
Also around 3–4 years ago, I was completely immersed in the assumption. I genuinely felt like I was so close to my desire manifesting. Then, unexpectedly, my cat passed away. Since then, I've found it difficult to fully immerse myself in any assumption because there's always this fear in the back of my mind that if I do, something bad might happen to my family.
I've tried affirming that it never happened and using other affirmations to move past it, but I haven't found any real relief.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to overcome this? I'd really appreciate hearing your perspective.
Idk where I picked up this belief, but sometimes I get scared that after dying in this reality, I’ll just automatically shift to another CR where I survived, and the loop will keep going forever instead of me EVER reaching my DR.
It’s honestly really scary and annoying to think about. Having anxiety, depression, and pretty extreme magical thinking/OCD definitely doesn’t help either.
Has anyone else dealt with fears or obsessive thoughts like this related to shifting? How do you separate genuine beliefs from anxiety/OCD spirals?
If yes, can you explain your experience in terms our 3D world/brains could understand (if that makes sense 😭)?
Like, how was it perceived/felt? Did things look or function differently? Did time or awareness feel weird? I’m curious how people who experienced it would describe it from a “3D perspective.”
For someone who couldn’t consciously manifest before, is it better to first focus on becoming a conscious master manifester first?
Or should they just go directly to their desire and persist in that, even if they don’t fully trust themselves?
Would it hinder their progress for (conscious) manifestation?
I feel like both sides make sense, so I’m curious what people here think or what worked for them personally.
Okay so… I might be overthinking this but it’s been stuck in my head.
If “whatever you believe (dominant thoughts) becomes your reality," then what about people who believe they can’t consciously manifest or shift.... but still want to do it intentionally?
Like wouldn’t that belief just cancel everything out?
Let's say, someone believes that there could be realities from where they can never shift out, and this reality is that for them, so how would they ever shift out of here?
Or does it not work like that?
I’m not trying to be negative, I’m just genuinely confused about how that’s supposed to work without getting stuck in your own head.
Am I making sense??

So here’s the situation. About 3 years ago, I really went all in with shifting/law of assumption. I was fully locked in, actually making progress, seeing angel numbers and signs, and genuinely living in the end. I felt really good, like I was close.
But then suddenly my cat died.
Since then, my mind has kind of made this association that whenever I try to manifest/shift, something bad will happen, like I’ll lose someone. I know this doesn’t logically make sense and it was most likely just a coincidence, but my brain still goes there.
I’ve tried to tell myself it’s not connected, tried to ignore it, even tried to revise it, but it doesn’t really go away.
Because of this, I feel like I’ve developed really intense anxiety around my thoughts. I’ve heard a lot of people say that every thoughts has the potential to manifest, so now I’m constantly watching my thoughts almost 24/7. It’s exhausting.
Whenever I start thinking about a desire or try to shift, my brain goes: “what if something like before happens? what if you lose someone again?” and then I feel like I should just stop trying to improve my life so everyone stays safe.
And now I’ve started seeing angel numbers again after all this time, but instead of feeling good, it actually scares me because I associate it with what happened. If I don’t immediately start affirming that everyone is okay, my anxiety spikes.
It’s really tiring and I can’t even focus on my desires anymore because all my energy goes into trying to make sure everyone is safe in my thoughts.
I know this is probably just anxiety/a mental association, but I don’t know how to break out of it.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Or have any advice on how to deal with it?
