Genuinely might be the worst yet imo. Only characters on this pass that hasn’t already gotten a battle pass skin is Blade and Psylock. Who already receives a shit ton of skins. And blade gets that fuck ass recolor.
The cap, strange and fox skins are ugly/underwhelming- what the fuck did they do to squirrel girl????
The fact that the event pass is tiers better than the season battlepass is telling for the conditions we’re going to see with cosmetics in the future. I play some of these characters in this pass but oh my god.

I have played 14 games, but I JUST BARELY finished my 10 placements. fuck this game. Fuck silver players- why the hell are they running 4 healers?
I am shaking the battle pass for every unit it can give me, then not touching it for a month. The only thing that convinced me to finish placements was the bullshit matchups in QP- why the hell is the enemy team OAA and Celestial+???
Ignore me queuing at 4 am, I'm sick.
I just want to finish placements and stop at gold. But no, smurfs, brand fucking new players, and overall shit games. I don't have endless fucking hours to spend on this cesspool of a game, and it's rarely fun. I have been doing bare minimum for a few seasons now; you won't catch me with more than 10 hours on ranked, nope.
That first game? DPS who avg'd 10% accuracy on each character they played and against 3 sup. The second? 2 smurfs on the enemy team and an ACTUAL new player on ours, and ended up solo tanking somehow.
The last one? A lovely gambit who refused to swap and averaged 9k healing per 10 minutes. You see that 14/9? Somehow I had the most kills on the entire team.
OH, and let's NOT forget the 2 games before this: one person had configs; the other just left the second they died. Amazing game. I love this bullshit.
I have completed 6 placements. SIX, and half didn't fucking matter.
Seriously, why do I need to do placements EVERY SEASON? WHY? Just let it drop a rank or two; placements are fucking hell because, GUESS WHAT, you're rarely with other people in placements if you don't play immediately.

I genuinely hate ranked its worse every season. I give up once I end placements atp.
We had a leaver and didn't surrender because those of us in placements, 5/6 teammates, had hope we could stall and didn't know if we'd get a loss. Nope, didn't count, wasted 20 minutes for nothing.
I also have half the mind to finger Bucky as a smurf, but idec, I don't think anyone even got mad over it. It was just so melancholic. He's lvl 17, fresh out of placements. He wasn't a dick, so I really didn't care, even made some convo in match chat.
Leaver, smurf, thrower, yup, sums up rivals competitive.
14 minute qp match btw. Yes, cyclops was on their team before swapping. I haven't had a single game with less than 25k healing in QP I am paralyzed with fear at the idea of comp.

Is this an issue this season? As I said, I procrastinated ranking up; that and my internet was 69ms on my "good day".
I've only heard of the prevalence of cheating this season, and it didn't appear to be cheating. I hopped off after this game since I couldn't help my team because of my ping, and my mouse was dying. End of the day, I gotta pray I get a good internet day and get my ass to diamond before 8.5. Started that way, but my frames dropped with this game.
I will add that the widow had too much of an understanding of her grapple combo and maps to be a new player.

It’s a gacha for an epic skin? “Oh but it’s cheaper-“ why do you think they keep doing this? They’re making more money off baiting people gullible to think they’ll get it for 100 units and making more money from deceptive practices.
The fact it’s not even a legendary this time? And it’s also supposedly 1,600 units, shop price, this is them just baiting people who long for the dopamine.
Of course I’m not going for it, I don’t even play this guy, but there’s going to be plenty of people who will just because they just MIGHT save money on a skin they didn’t want; for bragging rights I can assume.
To preface fuck poke, you should be taking off angles, but I also don’t PLAY poke so idgaf. But my gripes is it’s impossible to play any single target healers with this fat fuck sponging up all your shots.
I love the Dino, but for me to have 79% accuracy on Luna is blasphemous, I am clicking NONSTOP to keep my team alive because I have to go out of my way and ping my Dps to move back just so I can see them. He is so massive if you’re a going down main, unless you have a 3rd heal, you can’t secure any kills on Luna unless someone’s disturbingly out of position.
This is just a rant, of course we had to adjust, embrace Jeff or something, but good grief can we put his shield on a hefty cooldown? Any of my melees can get stuck in it and I can’t heal them at all, and it’s so huge even in. 3rd person it’s difficult to recognize you’re in it.
Maybe this is why they “buffed” mantis? Because she doesn’t need direct hits to heal and DDino is a free headshot?

Usually, I at least go for diamond, I'm a college student, but honestly, I've not been feeling it this season. The DPS are the biggest pussies they've ever been, and I am stuck in mag jail.
I just had a game with 6 DPS because someone banned someone's pick and got mad he got mad? Then grilled him the whole game, even when he swapped to support. They refused to leave spawn or swap and got mad that people were upset with them? "You're not even playing Spidey," as they... banned him? idek why you do that to make someone upset and still throw?
He accused me of "defending your bf" for calling him out, and mf has a slur for his name too. This is after solo-tanking all my previous games and damn near solo-healing, too. It's never them perpetuating issues or being at fault.
And of course, the cherry on top, I have reported 5 dps for throwing this season out of nearly 20 games, and not a single one, even those who were actively throwing themselves off ledges the whole game got punished.
I expect my points to be compensated for this last game. It's so disappointing that them sitting in spawn didn't trigger ANYTHING or any penalty.
