Best EDC for construction worker?

Hey all,

I work in new build commercial construction. Schools, municipal buildings etc. Have a few Evergoods CTB26’s (dyed, waxed canvas, Xpac) and a couple mystery ranches (Blitz30 and 2DAP). Looking for something new that fits my needs. I love my CTB’s but I feel like they’re too nice to bring to work. I usually hang them on a stud or off my cart with a hero clip and everything inevitably gets covered in drywall dust or just banged around in general. The Mystery Ranches are great but they’re too tacticool for my liking. I’ve found the Blitz30 suits my needs the most with easy access but I hate all the straps and molle on the outside, and I’ve taken almost all them off and used strap keepers and it’s still too much for my liking . Any suggestions? Would probably like something similar or even smaller than my 26’s. I carry a few pouches for tech, medicine, other things I might need. Quick access is a must. I tried a catalyst 22 and hated how much I had to basically disassemble my bag to get to anything . I’m in and out of my bag all day long for snacks, chargers, pens etc. I tried a RipRuck24 too thinking it was perfect in the store but the QA pockets were awful when the main compartment was full. Had to fight to get to my AirPods in the front pockets. Any suggestions would be great! Don’t care about price just want something durable with organization in mind . Thanks

Buying my 1st AR, was told this was a 14.5” P&W . But now looking at Geissele’s website the 16” has 8 mlok slots (like the photo) and the 14.5” has 7 .. I put it on layaway so I don’t own it yet but should I ask they order me the 14.5 instead?
