How bad are these?

I’m a contact lens wearer that now needs progressives due to dry eye at age 57 and my prescription getting worse both for far and reading. My options were limited as I have a large nose bridge and have broken my nose so no nose pads.

My computer glasses are the black ones, but my daughter told me black is too harsh, so I went with the pink. I like browns and greens, but none for.

Did I make a mistake?

I’m trying progressives for the first time ever. I’ve been a contact wearer, but as I age I’ve gotten dry eye.

I have a large (17) bridge, which limits my choices.

The brown small ones are my mono vision and are old style because I shifted to contacts. I think they’re a good color, though. The black are my computer ones, and my daughter said they were harsh, so for progressives, I picked the pink as there was only those, lack, or clear as choices that I didn’t hate.

Thoughts? They’ll do for now, but I know I’ll get another pair if I adjust so be honest.

The pink were the only ones that

I had a lumpectomy and radiation in 2024 and went on Letrozole in late fall of that year. By the summer of 2025 I had bilateral trigger thumb so bad that I couldn't use my hands, and I had so much aching. My doctor had me take a break for three weeks in late summer and then move on to exemastane. It was amazing until recently. Now I have pain in my neck, arm, and rotator cuff. I didn't have any injury. My thumbs are throbbing again (but so far not getting stuck). I think perhaps they just build up in us and then start causing the aches? I know I can still try anastrozole (I am not a candidate for tamoxifen due to strokes and dementia in parents; plus I'm 56, so it's not as useful).

I just sent my oncologist a message saying I'd like to try a short break again, but maybe keep on this medicine. If, however, it doesn't work nor does anastozole, when do the cons outweight the benefits. I had stage 1 IDC grade 1C as well as InSiTU, my oncoscore was a 12. It wasn't in my lymph nodes.

Anyone with experience or advice? I know exercise is important, and I'm good with that.
